Xplorers

Fort Anne National Historic Site

Calling all kids: check out the Parks Canada Xplorers Program!

Want to become a Fort Anne Xplorer?

It’s a fun way for kids ages 6-11 to explore historic Fort Anne – try on some reproduction period clothing, or search for Fort Anne’s key! Try your hand at the genteel sport of croquet, or experience (for a moment!) a prisoner’s lot at Fort Anne. Explore the ramparts, and the Officers’ Quarters Museum to see what treasures they hold.

Complete at least 4 activities in the booklet and become an official Fort Anne Xplorer with a certificate and a special limited edition souvenir! The program is FREE with regular admission.

Parks Canada’s Xplorers Program is your chance to discover Fort Anne National Historic Site in a whole new way – try it out, imagine, and have fun!

Xplorers activities vary from one location to another and so does the souvenir, so make plans to visit other Parks Canada sites including nearby Kejimkujik National Park and National Historic Site. Check out the 40+ Parks Canada sites offering this kids adventure program.
